Footwear is generally well-received here in Maidstone; almost every member of staff I’ve issued the Rokwear boots to has preferred them to the old variant that we used to stock. The service provided is outstanding. The website is incredibly simple to use, and it’s easy to see exactly what I’ve got in my basket already without having to flip back and forth between web pages. Delivery time is also exceptional, all orders arriving within two days if not the very next day. It’s also nice to see an ever-growing selection of products appearing on the website. The customer service department have always been helpful and quick to respond to any issues or queries that we fire towards them. On a whole, great quality footwear with an excellent delivery speed, and a quick, reliable customer service teams means that there’s nothing but praise for SMI at this point.
