SMI have kicked off 2025 with some shiny new editions! Our fleet have hit the road and they’ve been a big hit with our customers already.

At SMI, we pride ourselves on being easy to deal with – that’s why we’ve introduced our own van delivery service in the London and Southern regions that supports us on our promise: order before 5PM for next day delivery, on all stocked, non-branded items.

Not only will we deliver on-time, but we aim to deliver your order complete with minimal backorders, that’s why we achieve: 98% of orders on-time and in-full.

We’ve already had fantastic feedback coming back in to the customer service team, our clients are singing their praises of our drivers Barry, Harvey and Ahmed for their helpful and positive attitudes and we’re excited to push things even further in the coming months with some big goals on what we want to deliver (literally and figuratively!)

Behind every seamless delivery, there’s a team of dedicated and hardworking individuals making it happen and we’re beyond proud of the team we have down at our warehouse who support us in their round-the-clock support with a consistent smile on their faces!

With over 25,000 products on offer, 300+ partner brands and our bespoke ordering portal, we are consistently looking at making our service as stream-lined as it can be as your single source supplier.

The Kites Croft team are the driving force (pun intended!) of our business and with Lucas (centre) as our Dispatch Manager, we’re already tracking well ahead of target with average delivery drop times sitting well below half an hour.

We’re already looking at expanding our fleet and broadening our reach across the country after receiving such brilliant feedback.
